The Semi Truck Fuel tanks manufactured adhere to the industry standards prescribed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Part of these standards include the drop test to certify the structural worthiness of our semi truck fuel tanks. In order to comply with the regulations, and maintain the highest quality for you, each semi truck fuel tank is also pressure tested to ensure a leak-free product and labeled in accordance with these standards. Each semi truck fuel tank features our specialty, state-of-the art welding and is custom crafted using mill grade or polished aluminum to guarantee the best quality.

  • Lateral length upcharge is $50 for 60"+ barrel length. It is an additional $50 for 73"+ barrel length.
  • Split tank upcharge is $300.
  • There is a $20 extra charge for every 5 gal above 200. 32 Chrome Shop Inc. normally does not make tanks over 200 gallons.

32 Chrome Shop Inc. distributes mounting kits and combo kits for many diameters of tanks and are available in 2 piece and 3 piece format.

The straps for our Reefer Style mounting kits is available in Black Steel only.

The straps for all our other mounting kits are available in both Black Steel or Stainless Steel.

We can provide mounting options for tanks that require steps and more than 2 brackets. For these tanks, we would take a combo kit and add 1 of each of the following to meet your needs: strap, bracket, adhesive rubber strip and rubber insulator. Note that the additional straps would be regular straps and would NOT include a step clip.

Our Mounting Kits and Step Combo Kits are available for the following tank diameters: 16", 18", 20", 22", 23", 24", 24.5", 25", 26", 28"
